Irish Biscuits

With lots of local Irish butter, our rustic biscuits are perfectly baked to give a great snap. Combined with a lovely oat aroma, and a melt-in-the-mouth texture, they are a simple pleasure with an authentic homemade heritage.

Most recently we have developed a range of sharing cakes that we are extremely proud of. Rich, punchy, flavourful fillings, combined with soft moist sponges, creates a range of cakes are both attractive and delicious. Available flavours include Salted Caramel, Triple Chocolate, Luxury Red Velvet, Lemon Iced, Passionfruit & Mango and Classic Raspberry Victoria.

Handrolled swiss rolls

Our Swiss Rolls are hand rolled and made with only the finest ingredients. The delicate, hand rolled technique means that we can create the softest sponge possible using fresh eggs. We also use local Irish butter for the smoothest and most decadent cream filling. 
These deluxe Swiss rolls are available in Jam Ripple, Chocolate, Coffee and Lemon Curd so there is a flavour available to satisfy everyone needs.

Layer cakes

This is our most popular range. Two sponges sandwiched together, with a generous coating of jam or buttercream, and then smothered in coconut. 

They are available in Coffee, Jam & Coconut and Toasted Coconut.

mini Bites

Perfect for when you want a little sweet treat with your favourite cuppa, a girlie get together, or kids party. Our Minis ranges are packed full of flavour in tiny bite size pieces. So get out your favourite cake stand and pack it with these tempting mini delights.
